Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. We do not hold properties until there is a completed and approved application. Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. We require first months rent and a security deposit. If you plan on moving in on or after the 15th of the month you would need to pay the prorated amount for that month, plus the next month's rent and security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Every person over the age of 18 years old that plans on residing at the property must submit a completed application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, all deposits are refundable. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Applicants who do not meet the income requirements will require a co-signer. -

How do I pay rent?

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Payments for maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the property owner, however any repairs deemed to be caused by the resident due to neglect or abuse will be presented a copy of the invoice to reimburse the property owner.
